Noise, Air, and Surface Sampling
WorkSafeBC requires that no worker is exposed to a substance that exceeds the exposure limit as outlined in section 5.48 of the WorkSafeBC regulations.
Additionally, WorkSafeBC requires that employers must know the noise levels in their workplace if workers could be exposed to hazardous noise.
Apex offers noise sampling and well as comprehensive air and surface testing services for a variety of contaminants, providing accurate results and actionable insights tailored to your workplace’s safety and compliance needs.
Sampling is conducted in accordance with established, validated methods such as those published by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA). Samples requiring laboratory analysis are sent to Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA) or American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accredited laboratories.
